From the West gate of the airport, Xiao Mei was also running. She was going so fast that she was almost flying. Her flight was leaving! If only she hadn’t spent so much time in all those fascinating little shops! She was purchasing in one of the airport’s souvenir shops when she heard the last call for her flight. So without waiting for the cashier to give her the change, she burst out hugging her heavy luggage. She could barely see where she was going, but she. She ran through the airport, but with her big luggage obstructing her view, she didn’t see the other lady coming to her rapidly.

Depuis la porte ouest de l’aéroport Xiao Mei courait aussi. Elle allait si vite qu’elle en volait presque. Son vol allait partir! Si seulement elle n’avait pas passé tant de temps dans toutes ces fascinantes petites boutiques! Elle était en train de faire un achat dans une des boutiques souvenirs de l’aéroport lorsqu’elle avait entendu le dernier appel pour son vol. Sans attendre que le caissier lui remette sa monnaie, elle était sortie du magasin les bras pleins de bagages. Elle pouvait à peine voir où elle allait. Elle courut à travers l’aéroport, mais avec ses gros bagages qui lui bloquaient la vue, elle ne vit pas l’autre femme qui fonçait sur elle à toute vitesse.
