With a solid “bang!” the two hurried ladies crashed into each other and the luggage scattered here and there. Hearing the commotion, two service agents came, as the two ladies quickly apologized to each other, and grabbed their bags and tickets.

“Come with me madam. I’ll take you to your gate, we still have time. Don’t worry”, said one of the agent to Xiao Mei.

“It’s alright, madam. I can take you to that gate before it’s too late. You’ll be on time”, said the other agent to Stephanie.
